About the Instructor:
Suzanne Stradling is an energy economist specializing in U.S. electricity markets. She worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from 2017 to 2023, focusing on the California ISO market and leading electricity market training for enforcement staff. From 2023 to 2025, she served as an electricity markets analyst at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, briefing senior leadership on domestic and international issues. She now researches and advises on U.S. electricity market design and policy.
